All of us are searching of perfect harmony of owning a nice body figure and at the same eating without bondaries.  Yes this is possible when you include the right ingredients in your daily healthy routine (not a diet!).  Even I am not 100% vegetarian I can say that my most favourite food is fruits and veggies. I have been nicely suprised when recently found a baobab power and her superpowerful benefits. It has 6 times the amount of vitamin C found in oranges, twice the calcium of milk and five times the amount of potassium than a banana has. The baobab power is the perfect supplement to your pre -workout smoothie boosting your energy above your limits.

When it comes to body confidence I am doing my best to balance between 2 to 3 workout sessions preferably outdoors and giving my body all nutritions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hydration is another big part of my daily / workout routine routine so I never leave the house without a home made smoothie.

The recipe is very simple to follow:

  • 1 tea spoon baobab power.  Shop directly at  PANDAVITA
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pinch spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of your apple & pear juice

Mix all in your home size blender and enjoy it.
