FIT FOOD

Finding the right balance between training and eating it’s not an easy journey. Even if you follow a certain food regime you will maybe come to the point where you don’t like certain foods, have allergy to some of ingredients or find difficult and let say the truth boring to count all the time micros. To maintain a healthy lifestyle you need ‘FIT FOOD’.  I will share my personal experience what I drink, eat and what’s the food I can’t live without it. I simply called ‘fit food’.

STATE OF MIND

I often get confused when I’m talking to people and they’re associating being fit & healthy with hunger, drinking only a water and spending hours and hours sweating in the gym. In fact looking good and feeling well without mattering the clothing size is STATE OF MIND.  Loving life, looking after your body is similar to all other activities that we love to do and follow every other day, like taking a shower and enjoying a cupa of tea/ coffee on a busy day/ week ahead.

MY WEEKLY ROUTINE

Christmas is nearly here and this means only one thing eating a lot! I have always been suprised how people , especially girls are starting training like crazy in April to achieve the perfect summer body ready in beginning of the summer and going through crazy diets. Sorry that’s not me. You still can achieve and sculpture your body, eat well and be cheerful all year around. It’s all about being constant, believe in what you’re doing and knowing that sometimes really takes time the results to start showing up.
